This is the Festival Version of Amy from Suisei no Gargantia
the only parts of this costume I did not sew or make was the actual bikini (which I purchased and painted), the shoes and the rings that hold my sleeves to my fingers. Everything else was sewn and crafted by me. This is made from craft foam, insulation foam, papermache, extreme amounts of mod podge, paint and gloss. It took me days to finish painting and glossing this! Theres also a bit of wire in there as well.
